Details Tour Itinerary

Day – 01 : HANOI ARRIVAL – HALF DAY CITY TOUR IN THE AFTERNOON – (SIC)

Upon arrival, you are met at the Noi Bai airport and transferred to the hotel by our driver. Lunch on your own. Pick up at the hotel for a half-day city tour. This afternoon you will visit the Temple of Literature – the first university of Vietnam, established in the 11 century Leave for Hoa Lo Prison, originally used by the French colonists in Indochina for political prisoners, and later by North Vietnam for U.S. prisoners of war during the Vietnam War. During this later period, it was known to American POWs as the “Hanoi Hilton” Visit Ngoc Son Temple in Hoan Kiem Lake. Tour finishes. Back to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.

Day – 02 : HANOI – HALONG BAY – OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE (B/L/D) – (SIC)

Morning Breakfast in hotel then check out. PICK UP TIME: 8.00 – 8.30
Leave Hanoi for a 3.5-hour drive to Ha Long Bay and a 20-minute stop on the way. Arrive at the jetty in Ha Long City towards noon and proceed with check-in formalities. Be welcomed onboard and lunch will be served while cruising towards the bay itself. In the afternoon, enjoy some visits and/or activities (depending on each boat’s itinerary) or just spend some time relaxing on board. Towards the end of the day, the boat sets anchor for the night among the karst formations. Dinner is served on board.

Day – 03 : HALONG BAY – HANOI (B/BRUNCH) – (SIC)

We will continue our journey on Halong Bay in the early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on the cruise. Sitting on the upper deck; you can relax, sightseeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay. Take part in cruise activities such as kayaking/ basket boat/visiting the cave or just relaxing (depending on each boat’s itinerary).10.30 am Our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese brunch.
You will leave the boat around noon time (11.30 am-12.00 pm) and transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi by shuttle bus. Free on your own.
Overnight in Hanoi.
Note: The shuttle bus pick-up time at the pier is around 11.30 am-12.00 pm. If the cruise back to the pier earlier than this time. Kindly wait in the waiting room of the cruise, and relax till the bus comes.

Day – 04 : HANOI FREE TIME

Today is free time on your own leisure. Recomendation: You can explore your own local sightseeing such as Ha Noi Train Street, Ha Noi Church, The Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake, Lotte Mall with Observation Sky Deck, and travel through the Old Quarter – the 36 ancient streets in an electric car or cyclo or enjoy the traditional Water Puppet Show. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day – 05 : Final Departure

Morning Breakfast at the hotel, freely relaxing and shopping. Check out the hotel before check-out time.
