Day – 01 : Welcome to Russia – Izmailovo Kremlin Tourc

  • On arrival at Moscow airport meeting with an English speaking guide/driver & Transfer to the hotel, Check in Hotel. After Lunch Visit of the Izmailovo market with the visit of Vodka museum and Vodka Degustation Located only five metro stations away from the center of Moscow, Izmailovo market is the perfect place for tourist looking for souvenirs and authentic Russian objects like stamps, chapkas, traditionnal clothes, army surplus etc. The entrance of this flea market is free and the prices of matryoshkas and others souvenirs are lower than downtown. Day – 02 : Moscow City Tour

  • Breakfast at the hotel, Meeting with your guide in the lobby. Proceed for City sightseeing tour of Moscow here you will see places of interest, architectural monuments, and museum that are among the finest in the world, Kremlin and one of the cathedral. The Moscow Kremlin is the oldest part of the city and contains within its walls a unique series of masterpieces of architecture & the plastic arts. The Moscow Kremlin and Red Square are on the World Heritage List. Tour around the Red Square – you will see Moscow’s renowned Red Square, near the 16th Century St. Basil’s Cathedral, one of the most famous pieces of architecture in the world, plus the constructionist pyramid of Lenin’s Mausoleum. Visit the main street- Tverskaya, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior – the main temple of Russia, the monument to Peter I on the Moscow river, After lunch visit Moscow state University-the oldest University in Russia and the largest University building in the world. Day – 03 : Moscow Metro Tour

Day – 04 :Transfer to St. Petersburg on the high speed train Sapsan – City Orientation Tour

Day – 05 : St.Petersburg Sightseeing

  • Breakfast in the hotel, meeting with your guide in the hotel lobby, Excursion to Peterhof (visit of the lower park) – Located on the southern shore of the Gulf of Finland, 34 kilometers from St.Petersburg, spectacular Peterhof attracts thousands of tourists with its parks, palaces and, mainly, fountains. Among the suburban parks, Peterhof is probably the most famous for its fountains and is thus frequently compared to Versailles. ‘The Samson’ of the Grand Cascade is the most powerful and magnificent of the fountains of Peterhof and thus has been made a symbol of the park. As a former residence of the Emperors, Peterhof is also the home of several palaces with the Grand Palace as its main landmark. It had been destroyed by the Nazis & then carefully restored as to exhibit the splendor of the Royal way of life. You will see the halls, brightly decorated with gold, marble and numerous mirrors. The beauty of Peterhof, its marvelous fountains & palaces has left nobody indifferent, & you will probably be no exception.

     

    After lunch Excursion to the Hermitage (Main Building) – It is hard to imagine a trip to Saint Petersburg without visiting one of the most famous museums worldwide – the State Hermitage. Its priceless collection occupies 5 historical buildings of which the Winter Palace – the former residence of the Russian Royal family – is the most remarkable. Its rooms, decorated with marble and gold provide a fine background for the treasures of the Hermitage. You might be surprised to know that the collection of this unique museum contains over 3 million exhibits including the paintings of Leonardo da Vinci and Raphael and other famous artists; however the collections of the Egyptian, Oriental and Ancient Greek art should not be missed as well. Day – 06 : Final Departure
