Details Tour Itinerary
Day – 01 : Welcome to Kashmir
- Arrival at Srinagar International Airport, Transfer to New Srinagar city, passing the Abdullah bridge which connects the banks of the Jhelum river. Check in Hotel. Evening Free Time for personal activities. Overnight stay at Hotel Srinagar.
Day – 02 : Srinagar – Pahalgam
After breakfast proceed for Pahalgam. On the way sightseeing visit Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. We switch from the national highway 1A at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder River flowing from the opposite direction. Arrive & check in at Hotel. Evening free for leisure Overnight stay at Pahelgam.
Day – 03 : Pahalgam Sightseeing-Srinagar
After Breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Pahalgam- Aru valley, Betab valley ( a place where famous bollywood movie Betaab was shot , Chandanwari (route to holy cave) By Local Syndicate Car Arranged By Us. Return to Pahalgam hotel. If you are an adventure lover, embark on the journey of pony riding or hiking to the mini Switzerland of Kashmir – Baisaran Valley by direct payment basis, After Sightseeing Transfer to Srinagar Check in Hotel, overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day – 04 : Srinagar Sightseeing
Morning breakfast at hotel. proceed for Srinagar local sightseeing Gardens, Chashmi-e Shahi (The Royal Spring), Hajratbal Maszid ,Nishat (The Garden of Pleasure) & Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love), Dal Lake. Overnight stay at Srinagar.
Day – 05 : Srinagar-Sonmarg-Kargil
After breakfast in the morning, proceed towards Kargil via Sonmarg. Enroute you get to see the beautiful Sonmarg Valley, Thajiwas Glacier(18°C) and drive ahead on a scenic drive to The Zojila Pass(8°C) and Dras second coldest inhabited place in in earth. Before entering Kargil there was a Kargil War Memorial situated. Need to Stop at the Enrty gate to register your entry. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at Kargil.
Day – 06 : Kargil-Leh
After breakfast in the morning, proceed towards Leh via Lamayuru(the moonland of Ladakh). Enroute you get to see the, the lovely statue of Maitreya a pretty 2-storied Gompa has been built around the statue , Before getting to Lamayuru, the highway wound through two spectacular passes – the Namika La at 12,200ft and Fotu La at 13,479ft, then The Lamayuru Monastry. Later proceed towards Leh and visit 16th century Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery and Hemis Monastery. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at Leh.
Day – 07 : Excursion to Sham Valley
After breakfast you drive downstream along the River Indus on Leh – Kargil Highway. And start our sightseeing with Hall Of Fame (Museum Constructed by India Army), then proceed further to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib at an altitude of 3600 Mtrs about 22 Kms from Leh was constructed in memory of Guru Nanak Dev ji Nestled deep in the Himalayas, A drive of another 4 km took us to Magnetic Hill which defies the law of gravity. As you move ahead from Magnetic Hills, just before Nimmu Village, there comes a famous Confluence Of Two Rivers Indus River coming from Tibet (left) and Zanskar River coming from Zanskar Valley (right). Later we drive back to Leh. In the afternoon visit Leh Palace & Shanti Stupa. Overnight at Leh.
Day – 08 : Leh – Khardong La – Leh
- Morning after breakfast drive for Khardongla Pass, which is the World’s highest motorable road at 18380 feet. Return to Leh in the afternoon, and enjoy a Hot Lunch at the hotel. After Lunch one is free to explore the local market at one’s disposal. Overnight stay Leh.
Day – 09 : Final Departure
After morning breakfast checkout from hotel & transfer to Leh Airport for final departure.
