Cancellation Policies for Tour Packages

  • The above quotation is subject to change due to any fluctuation in any sudden increase in airfare, air taxes and / or any other cost factor that is not within our control at the time of giving this quote.
  • The above quote is a quote only. The confirmation of all services is subject to availability of airline seats, accommodations and transport and all other services at the time of actual booking.
  • The land package component of the tour cost quoted in local currency is payable to us in Indian Rupees at the current market prevailing rate + the Government service tax as applicable.
  • The above quote is valid for minimum two adults travelling together.
  • All transfer services are based on single transfers (based on normal office working hours). Should you require early / late transfer because of odd hours of arrival / departure timing, then additional costs will have to be incurred.
  • The standard check in time at the hotels is 14:00 hrs and check out at 11:00.
  • The rates are note valid for peak season travel. We reserve the right to amend or remove this offer at any time.
  • Please check the details of your quote carefully to ensure that this is the holiday you require and don’t hesitate to contact us if you need to make any changes.
  • If you would like to go ahead with a booking then please pay us the booking deposit as per the terms mentioned in the PAYMENT TERMS below.
  • As soon as we receive your advance / non refundable deposit, we will make all the arrangements for your tour and once your booking is processed, we will send you a final confirmation with the final terms and conditions of cancellation / amendment based on the final hotels / airlines/ services booked.

 Booking with us :

  • For booking on the Tour, request you to please forward the following documents immediately:
  • Booking deposit of 50% of the  total land package Price + full payments of the air tickets / Cruises and visas, per person in cash / cheque. In case of cheque payments the same should be made in favour of “CTIA HOLIDAYS” payable at Kolkata.
  • Please note that certain hotels are 100% non refundable and Cruise company policies have strict cancellation charges; hence we would require full upfront payment on specific cases.
  • Balance payment should be made at least 15 days prior to your departure.
  • In case of cancellations, we will deduct a service charge of INR. 2000 per person /- for entire booking, plus the cancellation charges levied by the hotels / airlines / cruises / service providers on actual basis.
  • In case of any changes / amendments of Hotels / tickets /cruises/ or any Sightseeing or transfers after the bookings have Already been confirmed, a handling fee / service charges would be applicable INR. 1000 per family + the actual charges if any change per family.
  • Once ticketed, the cancellation charge of air tickets would be applicable as per the respective airline’s cancellation policy. Along with airline’s cancellation charges CTIA Holidays service fee of INR. 250 per passenger/per sector for domestic and INR 550 per passenger/per sector for international air tickets will be applicable as cancellation service charges apart from the refund amount received from the Supplier/Airlines.
  • Booking Surcharge or Taxes is non refundable in any circumstance.
  • Name changes are not permissible in air tickets, once booking is made.

Mode of Payments & the Policies:

  • To avail any travel facility through CTIA Holidays, pay some amount in advance to confirm your booking. Advance payable amount may vary on the kinds of services, you are going to avail.
  • As per the mode of payment, you can use Credit Card & Debit Card to pay the amount. We ensure you a safe payment gateway.
  • International advance payments can be done through Bank / Wire Transfer to our bank account along with the added charges demanded by the banks.
  • We also accept Bank Drafts, Cheque and cash in special cases.
  • You can avail net banking facility from online Payment gateway.

Cancellation Charges for Domestic Tour Packages

(Applicable Only on Land Package)

  • Before 21 Days of Departure – 30% of Land Package Cost.
  • Between 21 to 15 Days of Departure – 50% of Land Package Cost.
  • Between 14 to 08 Days of Departure – 80% of Land Package Cost.
  • Less Than 07 Days of Departure  – 100% of Land Package Cost.
  • In Case of No-Show – 100% of Land Package Cost.

Cancellation Charges for International Tour Packages

(Applicable Only on Land Package)

  • Before 45 Days of Departure – 25% of Land Package Cost.
  • Between 45 to 21 Days of Departure – 50% of Land Package Cost.
  • Less Than 21 Days of Departure  – 100% of Land Package Cost.
  • In Case of No-Show – 100% of Land Package Cost.

Refund Policy

From INR. 1 to 199000 – 15 to 30 Working Days After Receiving the payment From respective Hotel/Airlines/Transport Service Provider.

Above 199000 – 30 to 60 Working Days After Receiving the payment From respective Hotel/Airlines/Transport Service Provider.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic all refund will be as credit note. 

Note: 

  • PVT: PRIVATE (PRIVATE DOES NOT MEAN AT DISPOSAL)
  • VEHICLE WAITING TIME : Vehicle waiting time for all tours and Transfers is maximum 10mns. For all hotel pick up the meeting point is Hotel Lobby. If Clients failed to show up in the lobby in time then CTIA does not have any liability. Clients need to pay supplement cost for the additional services.
  • Please reconfirm your return journey immediately upon arrival (you may check with the hotel reception for airline information).
  • AMENDMENTS/CHECKING OF PICKUP TIME : To check pickup time or amendments of transfers and tour date please call our office at during office hours 10.00am to 06.00pm at least one day before schedule (Sunday and Public holidays office closed).
  • By Doing Payment You agreed with our Terms & Conditions – Cancelation Policies.
