ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR JAPAN VISA

• Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Japan Visa.
• Person wishes to travel to Japan for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through CTIA HOLIDAYS. Person who seeks employment in Japan is not eligible to apply through CTIA HOLIDAYS.
• Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to Japan. CTIA HOLIDAYS also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TOURIST VISA

• Passport: Valid for at least six months with a minimum of two blank pages available. Please attach all old passports.
• Application Form: Original Application form for Japan Visa duly filled in and signed by the applicant.
• Photographs: Two recent color photographs in white background 70 to 80 % face and 45 x 45 mm matt finishing.
• Covering Letter: Original covering letter on company letter head (if self-employed) from applicant mentioning name, address Nationality, Passport no, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, the date of travel and about expenses during visit. Letter should be address to the visa officer, The Consulate General of Japan, Mumbai
• Proof of Occupation 
      If self employed
      a) Company registration copy/partnership deed copy/ Shop establishment copy/ company memorandum copy etc. 
      If company employee:
      a) Company Leave/ NOC letter
      b) Company salary slips for last 3 month with company seal and sign on A4 paper.
• Hotel Accommodation: Hotel Confirmation with exact check in check out dates and day to day itinerary.
• Financial documents: 
      a) Original updated Bank Statements for the last 6 month with bank seal and sign.
      b) Income Tax papers for the last 3 years.
      c) Credit Card copy.
• Day To Day Itinerary.
• Air Tickets:  Air ticket copy.

FOR BUSINESS VISA

• Passport: Valid for at least six months with a minimum of two blank pages available. Please attach all old passports.
• Application Form: Original Application form for Japan Visa duly filled in and signed by the applicant.
• Photographs: Two recent color photographs in white background 70 to 80 % face and 45 x 45 mm matt finishing.
• Covering Letter: Original covering letter on company letter head (if self employed) from applicant mentioning name, address Nationality, Passport no, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, the date of travel and about expenses during visit. Letter should be address to the visa officer, The Consulate General of Japan, Mumbai
• Invitation letter, Day to day schedule
• Hotel Accommodation: Hotel Confirmation 
• Financial documents: 
      a) Original updated Bank Statements for the last 6 month with bank seal and sign.
      b) Income Tax papers or Form 16 for the last 3 years.
      c) Credit Card copy.
• Air Tickets:  Air ticket copy.

• Visa fee and service charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Consulate General of Japan, Mumbai.
• The issuance of visa is the whole and sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Embassy of the sovereign state over which we do not have any control. We merely act as a document delivery agent between the customer and the concerned Consulate/Embassy and shall in no way be responsible for any delay or refusal in the issuance of visa by the respective Consulate / Embassy.
