ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR USA VISA

• Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for United States Visa.
• Person wishes to travel to United States for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through CTIA HOLIDAYS. Person who seeks employment in United States is not eligible to apply through CTIA HOLIDAYS.
• Travel insurance is mandatory requirement for passengers traveling to United States. CTIA HOLIDAYSalso provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TOURIST VISA

• Covering letterfrom the applicant addressed to the visa officer, American Consulate, Mumbai. Stating name of the applicant, nationality, passport no. purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be mentioned that all the expenses including medical boarding and lodging will by the whom?
• Photographs: Required the two recent color photographs in white background size 51 x 51 mm and 70 to 80% face, who qualify the interview waiver program or drop-box service or application under below 14 and above 80 year age.
• Proof of occupation
• If company employee
• Company leave letter- (attached company NOC letter format)
• Salary slip for last 06 month
• If self employed
• Company memorandum copy/ company registration copy Company shop establishment copy or any company registration certificate copy which is showing that owner of this company
• Company bank statement for last 06 month with bank seal and sign.
• ITR last 03 years
• Income tax papers for the last 03 years
• Updated bank statement for the last 06 month with bank seal and sign.
• Valid passport + old passports if any
• If sponsored by any relative/ Friend then below mentioned documents are also has to carried at the time of Interview.
   a) Letter of invitation cum sponsorship from USA addressed to the visa officer, American Consulate, Mumbai. Stating name of the applicant, relationship, nationality, passport no. purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be mentioned that all the expenses including medical boarding and lodging will be borne by the sponsors.
   b) Sponsors Passport copy along with visa copy.

FOR BUSINESS VISA

• Passport: Valid for at least six months with a minimum of 2 blank pages available. (Please attach all old passports).
• Application Form: One application form has to be filled online and have to schedule an appointment for submission of visa application. Kindly provide us the attached form (filled manually) we will do the online and schedule an appointment.
• Photographs: Required the two recent color photographs in white background size 51 x 51 mm and 70 to 80% face who qualify the interview waiver program or drop-box service or application under below 14 year age and above 80 year age.
• Covering letter: Covering letter on company letter head the addressed to the visa officer, American Consulate, Mumbai, stating name of the applicant, nationality, passport no. purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be mentioned that all the expenses including medical boarding and lodging will by the Company or Whom?
• Invitation letter: Invitation from host/ invitee person addressed to The visa officer, American Consulate, Mumbai stating, name of the applicant, nationality, passport no. purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be mentioned that all the expenses including medical boarding and lodging will be borne by the Company or whom?
• Income tax papers for last 03 years
• Updated bank statement for last 06 month with bank seal and sign.
• Salary slip for last 06 month
• Company registration copy
NOTE: First Time travellers require following additional Documents:- Brief Company Profile; Proof of occupation; Income tax Papers, Company Balance Sheet, Bank Statement of Company for the last 6 months; Proof of Financial solvency; Fixed Deposits/ Investments/ Property Papers etc.

• Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary
• Please Note:
   a) Personal appearance is Mandatory
   b) If you have temporary injuries on your fingers, please wait until the injuries heal before your appointment date. You should also remove any henna on your fingertips, or allow it to fade, as this may prevent from getting a clear scan.
   c) For children under 5 years, application should be dropped in drop box at the Offsite Facilitation Center (OFC). Passport and visa copy of the parents should be attached with the application.
